Martin MADIBA is a senior, Corporate Strategy and Project Management consultant. He is currently hired by Cameroon Airlines Corporation as Director for Inspection, Internal Audit and Management Control. He serves cumulatively as the Airline’s Company Secretary to the Board of Directors and is currently building a EPMO for the Airline. He is former Managing Director for PETROS & Partners, a regional consulting firm offering expertise in Strategy and Project Management across Europe, Central and West Africa.

Martin has more than 15 years of experience leading projects and programs in civil aviation, agribusiness, health, education, distribution, IT, banking industries for both public and private sectors. A conference speaker and corporate trainer across Africa. He is author of several articles and enjoys sharing his experience by training postgraduate professionals in business schools. His specialties include strategic planning & execution, corporate restructuring strategies, innovation modeling, leadership, Total Quality Management, optimizing organizational models, project and program management.

Martin holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Project Management obtained from the University of Wales, UK and later a Masters degree from Pan African Institute for Development (PAID-CA), has been PMP since 2009 and IRCA Quality Auditor(ISO 9001:2008) since 2010.He is aswel an agroeconomist and Senior Airline Safety and Management Professional from Ecole National de l’Aviation Civile –France and IATA Training & Development Institute.
